Recently we received a call from a customer we had previously done some work for in Dublin 10.

We had completed a full dry dashing service for them their home the previous summer, and they were interested in hiring our team for a living room makeover.

This included stripping all the walls of their wallpaper for a complete paint job, and replacing the furniture with custom made units.

We completely removed all the previous furniture, stripped the wallpaper, removed the carpet, reworked the electrics, installed a tile floor with a marble-like texture, painted the walls and installed a modern furniture suite and decorations.

The job involved our in-house designer, electricians, carpenters, and a painter. For non-bespoke pieces of furniture we had to to source them while sticking to the budget. For this we recommended the quality dining tables from one of our partners, which our clients were exceedingly pleased with.

We completed the project within the allocated time, including a full site clean-up and waste removal.

We were contracted to do a full house renovation of a house on St. Agnes Road, Dublin.

The house was built in the 1940’s, had been empty for five years and in major need of a renovation.

We sat down with the new homeowners, talking through the job and making plans and visualisations. Once our clients were happy we set to work.

We completely removed all the old plaster work, parts of the plumbing, most of the electrics and various damaged sections. We removed the wall between kitchen and dining room, putting in steel supports to make a spacious living area.

The rest of the work started with a replumb which included new water tanks, upgraded storage heaters, two complete bathrooms, bedrooms and bunk beds for the kids' room, and a fully bespoke kitchen.

Various other types of work were done a different stages of the project, from insulation to rewiring and flooring.

In the main living areas we replicated the original coving and picture rails to match the original and restored the old fire places rather than use new ones.
